Paolo Dellachà has been Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Pininfarina S.p.A. since December 2025. He previously served as CEO of Automobili Pininfarina from 2023, overseeing brand, marketing, sales, and operations while strengthening synergies with Pininfarina S.p.A. and the Mahindra Group. Joining Automobili Pininfarina in 2018 as Product Director, he helped shape the Battista electric hypercar, later becoming Chief Product and Engineering Officer in 2020. Earlier, he held key leadership roles at Maserati and Alfa Romeo after beginning his career at Ferrari in 2000, where he gained extensive technical experience across engineering and innovation.
