Francesca Sangalli is a design executive with several years of experience leading strategic projects to position design and materiality as a driver of innovation and identity.

As Head of Color&Trim and Concept&Strategy Design, Francesca is responsible for overseeing all creative projects for CUPRA and SEAT brands, putting materiality and holistic experiences at the core. 

Born in Milan, Francesca has a proven track record in the ideation and development of concepts and creative strategy in the automotive sector. She led trends, strategy and innovation at the Mercedes-Benz Advanced Design studio in Como, where she worked for over 16 years before joining SEAT in the 2018. Since then she leads the C&T department for CUPRA and SEAT brands.

Sangalli holds a degree in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano and an industrial design degree from Brunel University in London.
