Azusa Kano is a Color Material Experience Designer at Audi, shaping new experiences through materials, color, and texture. She develops innovative and sustainable color and material solutions for next generation mobility, enhancing the sensory experience for users. 

With a background in industrial design, Azusa earned a master’s degree from Kanazawa College of Art before joining Mazda. As a Color and Material Designer, she contributed to production vehicles including the Mazda CX-30, Mazda CX-5, and Mazda MX-5, carefully curating exterior colors and interior materials to strengthen each vehicle’s sensory and emotional character. 

Driven by a desire to work from a more global perspective, she joined Audi, where she continues to gain broad project experience while exploring innovative and sustainable expressions of materials and color, helping to shape the mobility experiences of the future.
